ADRIATIC
The
Adriatic Sea
spans
from the Balkan to the Apennine peninsula. The Adriatic Sea got its
name from an ancient port of the same name.
The part belonging to Montenegro lays between Croatia in the north-west
and Albania in the south-east. There are number of beautifull villages
and historic cities. The Gulf of Kotor is unique and spectacular area
of enclosed water. Montenegro coastline atracts growing number of visitors
every year and is becoming popular sailing destination.

Ports of entry
List of ports permanently open to International traffic: Bar, Kotor,
Budva and Zelenika.

Registration and Taxes
Each foreign small craft longer than 3m and foreign yacht with engine
powr over 4kW should register with a Harbour Master office or branch
office. Following documents are required: registration document, Boat's
leader Licence of Competency, insurance policy. Registration receipt
is valid troughout one year starting from the day of registration.

Passports
Tourist from West European countries can enter Montenegro either with
Identity Card or Passport.
Visa is not required.
